I'm Maggie Dayton, Owner of MHD Couture.
As MHD Couture, I create one-of-a-kind garments for “the most interesting woman at the party.” Early career work in theatrical and dance costume design informs collaboration with my clients to create the perfect outfit for any occasion.
The clothes I make are classic and extremely easy to wear. I prefer natural fibers, straightforward shapes, and incorporating unique and interesting detail. I emphasize flattering my clients with an excellent fit. I find inspiration in both travel and elements of nature and incorporate them into my clothes through line, color, pattern and texture.
Since 2005, I have focused on custom clothing projects that have included formal, daywear and casual garments, in addition to making copies of well-loved favorite garments.
